Review on πŸ’Ό Solo New York Pro Aegis Laptop Briefcase with RFID Pocket - 15.6 Inch, Black by Scott King

Revainrating 4 out of 5

This replaces my laptop bag

This is a good bag and I like it a lot. I usually prefer a laptop case, but my work computer (2016 15" MacBook Pro) has a fairly large charger that doesn't work well with a case. Using this is a good move for this computer. Not a full portfolio. It occupies a sort Niche between a case and a large suitcase but this niche is definitely on the smaller side of the spectrum.Inside there is a divider each side of which is perfect for my MBP.I like this divider as it fits one or two File folders offer, but again not too much as this case is thin. A couple of external pockets add storage space and there is plenty of room to carry that large MBP USB-C charging box with cable, and a few other small items. The compartments are padded. Thick enough to protect against small dents and the like, but not thick enough to protect against heavy impacts. The case itself is quite well made of durable St off and robust design. I love that the handles feel reinforced so they don't fall apart after a week. Inside the case there is a pocket for RFID protection. It's big enough to fit in a tri-fold wallet if that gives you any idea of the size. It was convenient for me to use tokens and an ID card strap for work. It works well. My job has scanning devices that are used for testing and they couldn't ping my device so I think it's as advertised. In general, I like the case very much. Like I said, it's a little better than the regular case, but it's not huge or bulky. This is a very good case for my MBP and I will be using it until the handles fall off.
