I bought this ladder about 8 months ago and used it once last Christmas. That works fine. However, last week I tried using the ladder again and found that the second step from the bottom doesn't latch on one side, causing the ladder to tilt to one side. I chose not to use it to be on the safe side. Not sure if this product is guaranteed? Many Thanks.
