Review on Krytox Grease Molybdenum Disulfide Tube by Robert Rick

My convection oven, model Thermador Pro, is vented to the outside through a metal duct. A throttle valve keeps airflow in one direction and a vane detector blocks the system if the vent is blocked. My valve was sticking frequently, so I needed a high temperature grease that could handle over 500 degrees Fahrenheit for the pivot pin. The Krytox has specs up to 900F and while it's a bit pricey, you get what you pay for. I applied it and after a week it works. So far, so good. It's like global warming, you can't tell if it's right until you have a mess on your hands, so maybe you should try something to fix it.
