I could NEVER wear this shirt to workout. I really don't want to wear it folded in half in public, you can see through it clearly, it's SO THIN! It is NOT XXL although it can stretch to that size. The sleeves looked very awkward on me...maybe it's just my fullness, but IDK. In terms of wicking, oh I couldn't imagine it being able to absorb very much as it's such a thin material I'd say it probably dries very quickly!
