Edit 5/29/21: I have about 8 of these left since my original review. I chew a lot and often, so I digest gum every 7-10 days. Original post: The gum is a thicker plastic than the ones I originally had but I love it, the thickness really massages my gums and pushes the shells through. Place. Sometimes it comes out of my mouth if I chew too hard, so I hold one end while I chew the other. It fits perfectly in my Invisalign carrying case with two inserts inside. There are 4 gummy bears in 5 colors/flavors each. The purple "grape" is a very mild flavor (like soaking a funny rancher in water lol) that was gone by the second day of use. I don't care about the taste because I soak my gummies in mouthwash to clean them, but if you want a strong flavor don't buy them. The paired gummies are sealed in a small pouch and the pouches are sealed in a large pouch so you don't touch all the gummies at once! Basically I am satisfied and recommend it.
