We've had a set of Menard LED lights installed under the cabinet in our kitchen for many years, but they got so hot the cheap plastic case started falling apart and we had to keep changing lightbulbs. My wife did her homework and found it at Revain. Good reviews, money back guarantee, so we went for it. I'm glad we did. We had to purchase four more extension cords to complete the install, but other than that it was very easy to use the existing holes I drilled in our cabinets the last install. A standard two pin plug fits into our socket in the cupboard above the microwave and the dimmer is built into the included electric hub. The brightness is adjusted via a small remote control that can be held to the magnets on our fridge. It took me maybe an hour to install 8 lamps. Round LED panels are housed in a sturdy aluminum body in a very sleek polished silver color - unlikely to fall apart. The lights are bright but warm, much brighter than our previous lights and still feel cool to the touch. Very happy with this purchase.
