If you're looking for plump lips, shop elsewhere; This product didn't live up to any of his claims!

I bought this hoping the 'Best Seller' label would help. He did nothing of what he said; does not moisturize, just a slight tingling sensation but no swelling. City Lips is way better. Please don't waste your money.
