Great platform especially ideal with HR functions of an organization
I like that it's able to track all aspects from candidate info through interviews/hiring process until onboarding! The only thing i dislike about this software are some quirks in searching candidates for specific positions which could be easier if there was more control over search parameters (elevators etc.) but everything else has been great so far - easy navigation throughout hiring processes; easily accessible via email upon completion by both parties involved during interview stage allowing quick communication should one not wish to meet up after initial screening results were given at first meeting between applicant & recruiter.- Allows recruiters / clients alike access into applicants previous work history when they apply online thus providing additional insight before final decision making time comes around.
