Wow Wow! This knife is the finest and most useful surgical tool I've ever had in my dungeon, uh, kitchen. It cuts the skin with precision and leaves very little mess. My last skin so a vegetable cutter really just scraped off the skin, sometimes when I wasn't paying attention it would cut me and not just pick my poor veggies. Overall 5 stars.
