The first keyboard I received would not charge after the first week due to a poor usb-c port connection. That was replaced with a new keyboard. This keyboard worked pretty well (outside of typical wireless connection interference) for about 5 months. Now it will no longer hold a charge and does not even work if plugged in. I've had 20 dollar keyboards last 10 years. this isn't it. Really disappointed I didn't spring for a higher quality name brand in this case. Hindsight is 20/20. Also, no issues with the mouse - just the keyboards.UPDATE: Customer service is attentive and helpful. They did resolve the situation which was very much appreciated instead of being a throw away and start over situation.
