This food processor worked perfectly until 2 months ago. I bought it in May 2020. When you turn it on, a burning smell comes out of the vents at the top. In addition, it makes a loud crackle during operation. I can't find a way to contact the seller to ask for a replacement. The striking attachment is very poor and very thin. I haven't used the dough hook yet. The whisk attachment works well. I wish the bowl had a handle to hold it better when scooping or pouring the batter. I also ordered a champagne blender but they sent me a black one with chrome accents. I had to change the kitchen decor at the last minute which cost me more. But overall I'm not happy with this purchase and I hope I can find a solution here. I would like to add that I don't use the blender that often. Maybe 3-4 times a month.
