Quite frankly, another review says the hanger is difficult to assemble. it's not like this. The instructions are actually incredibly clear and it's a very well thought out design. There are only two screws that need a tool and an Allen key is included, everything else can be done by hand. The hooks are on a swivel through which you put a screw and tighten - the rest of the real hangers slide easily through the wooden casing and at the end you attach a knurled nut. seriously easy. Personally I think the build design is very well thought out as the package would be exponentially larger if assembled - I mean exponentially more. And that value is surely passed on to the consumer. In any case, the blocks are packaged very nicely in the box and are very organized and easy to unbox and assemble. Another point I would like to point out is that the hangers that slide along the wooden main body are actually very useful for people using this in certain configurations (like mine) when it is useful to have your pants a little farther away to pull the others before you take them off the hanger. Likewise, you can pull the hanger away from the others before hanging your trousers or scarf on it. I also love the use of two hooks as you can hang it horizontally on a pole or even change the orientation of the entire device without having to disassemble and reassemble it. Impressed with the design of this product and I think it actually has a really well designed and luxurious look. It reminds me of some of the gadgets I found at Four Seasons. Sleek and new enough luxury you didn't even know you needed until it was introduced to you. I recommend this without hesitation for the price, I think it's the most elegant solution I've seen apart from the several hundred dollar Etsy designs which are twice as bulky.
