Communication of the brand and consistent look, feel and overall aesthetic of the products. The ability to integrate graphics, logos and colours into the branding, ensuring the consistency is key. I haven't found anything that I dislike. The final design for the branding and website came in quite a quick turnaround. We were able to bring products to market quickly after launching which is great, however a client suggested that we needed to have a website as a backup as customers would be able to purchase products from other websites rather than through our site. The website has been up and running for nearly 2 years now. I like that they are very proactive about their work process as well as customer service! They listen to what you want or need from them then take it one step further by making sure your expectations match up exactly how you would prefer things done for all parties involved (you & business). Sometimes there's some lag time when projects get submitted but overall great team who gets results quickly without any complaints/issues at this point.
