So we already have two of these after replacing the first one. Now the second one has the same problem. The straps are held in place by a single stitch from which they are pulled out. It looks like the designer provided two stitches to hold the straps, but the manufacturer didn't place the straps low enough for two stitches to go over it? It's sad because they're pretty cute. It just doesn't work as a backpack if the straps don't hold up. Now we have to decide if we want to return bag #2 or get some thick padding thread and a strong needle to try and fix the mistake. Not worth for the price.
