Gears and rubber insert are all present. Two o-rings are not included, one for the outer mount and one for the large gear so keep them. All of the gear teeth were the right size, but the large gear center hole was very tight, so I left the original gear in place, although it was able to work loose on its own. The little plastic bushing wouldn't slide into any of the gears, so I used the original for that gear as well. The gearbox damage in my motor was small next to the motor worm gear and the gearbox part from the kit matched it perfectly. The last fault I had was on the passenger side, it was a typical large gearbox failure but this time it was a small cog on the driver's side. Get a kit that includes all the gears and a rubber insert that acts as a little pad between the motor and the window regulator. Now the window goes up/down and the woman is happy.
