Review on Maxtime by Marcos Fiallo

It helped me track employee performance for my team in real-time, without having to ask them about it directly (which is very useful when dealing with remote employees).

I didn't like how complicated their UI was - there were so many options that I couldn't figure out where anything went if I wasn't familiar/proficient enough! When we switched over from PSA TimeClock, our previous system, things started off really well but then quickly deteriorated because of this issue. After switching over we continued using it as an audit log while waiting until we could get back into the swing of setting up everything correctly ourselves again.
