I recently purchased this pair of ankle braces and I love them! It is a lightweight, highly breathable and soft material. I'm glad I ordered 2 braces, especially at such a great price. It is very easy to put on and take off and adjust. My ankles are always swollen and painful when I first stand up. I love that I can easily adjust my braces if/when the swelling goes down. I wear them with my tennis shoes, over socks and barefoot at home and they are very comfortable and offer great support. **HELPFUL TIPS: A) I ordered a large first based on my shoe size in the chart provided. My feet are long but narrow, so I had a material gap in the sole of my foot. I contacted the seller and they told me to measure the foot circumference as per the size chart and assured me that the medium would fit perfectly. I changed my braces and the medium is absolutely perfect, just like they said. B) I have had to wear orthotics and foot and ankle braces for over 20 years. When I saw the photos/videos in the reviews, compared to the manufacturer's photos in the personal photos, the braces were misadjusted and what appeared to be too small? Doesn't that feel comfortable or supportive to me? I might be wrong. I know there are no instructions in the box but I requested the tools when corresponding with the seller. I inserted a photo. As you can see my suspenders are worn as shown in the photos. I find I have maximum comfort and support. Will definitely be ordering a second pair as I use them on both feet.
