Review on 💇 Andis 32400 Slimline Pro Lithium Ion T-blade Trimmer: The Ultimate Chrome Grooming Tool by Kayty Michaels

I am a professional hairdresser and did a lot of research before purchasing this product. I really enjoyed the first month. I like the weight, the way the blades cut and the look. The main issue I've read about is the charging dock. I have to say it's really poorly made, it's very difficult to connect the trimmer to the stand and it can take 10-12 tries before the green light comes on to start charging. These problems started after about the first month. I bought it in July and now it doesn't even charge; The light turns on and off almost instantly, after which the battery lasts for 20 seconds. In fact she is now dead in the water. I suspect or hope I caught a defective model as I expect so much more from a company like Andis. It looks like the product support has ended (I should have sent it back when I first ran into problems but I was hoping it was an accident) but I'll take a chance and ship it now and see if they get on the plate. If so, I will revise this review and keep you updated. In the meantime, I will switch to Wahl because I really liked the Magic Clip cordless clippers.
