The Scale Master Pro digital gauge arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The tool works as described in the user guide and appears to be fairly accurate. It's easy to use, the display is easy to read, and the custom zoom setting makes it very versatile. Whether you're measuring distances on a drawing or on a map, this tool works well. Anyone who works with drawings or maps and needs to calculate undefined distances can do this. All you need to know is that the drawing is drawn in a linear scale and know the specific distance on the drawing (e.g. 1 inch = 20 feet). Once you set up a custom scale calibration in Scale Master, you can measure any distance on a drawing. I have measured distances on some of my known CAD drawings and compared them to actual distances and found Scale Master to be very accurate. good tool.
