I chose this dead pedal over the MORE pedal simply because it's cheaper, fits in my four door pegs, and is a full size dead pedal. I installed a dead pedal on my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Mojave. After reassembling the dead pedal, it only took a few minutes to install. You will need a 13mm ratcheting socket wrench to remove the *locknut from the M8 bolt welded to the bottom. My foot rests entirely on the dead pedal and not on the carpet or rug. This dead pedal is exactly what I was looking for and it suits my needs perfectly. *Please note: Locknuts are very difficult to remove. Even with strong vibrations, the lock nut does not loosen. There may be times when you need to remove the lock nut. This task may require some patience. Do not use wireless instruments/percussion instruments.
