Ideal for home training.

My physiotherapist gave me exercises to do at home. One of these exercises involved using a ball. However, I didn't want air to leak out and I tried to hold it full and tight. This ball is the right size and hardness to get the most out of my exercises. It's perfect for those home exercises.
