My first impression was that the presentation was fantastic. Looks and feels high quality. Everything was packaged very nicely and in original condition. I like the transmitter's matte finish. It's light and easy to hold. I also like that there are two collar options - nylon or rubber. Also available in 2 tooth sizes. The charger is my only disappointment as you can't charge the transmitter and collar at the same time like some pricier products, but to be honest it's a minor inconvenience. I love the beep and vibrate features as that's all I have to use. I have a more expensive brand and have always been surprised that there is no beep. Just stimulus and vibro. So far so good and I would definitely recommend trying it out.
