Last year we bought a used Ford pickup. This is a thoroughly working truck that has been driven by previous owners. It had several broken or missing parts, one of which was a shattered passenger side mirror. I was delighted to find this replacement mirror that fits me perfectly. This mirror has a built in heater but my truck does not have this feature. There is a version without a heating element, but it seemed cheaper to me. The only difference between this mirror and the original is that the inscription "Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear" is fainter (and I agree with that). Installation is easy. Pry off the old mirror with a screwdriver (turn the mirror to one side for access). Then simply align the new mirror, press lightly and it snaps into place immediately. It only takes a few minutes. The mirror has been fitted to my truck for 8 months with no problems and looks great.
