The system itself has many great features and is very user friendly. I like how easy it is for departments to use. There are so many different ways you can set up your department that you have no idea where to start. It also has a lot of potential for customization. I love that you can customize everything from the layout to the colors to the fonts. Sometimes it takes time to get used to all the new features but once you do it makes things much easier. We were able to save money by using this software instead of our previous one. This saved us about $10,000 in licensing.
