I like how it allows me to create my own dashboards for different departments within our organization (eCommerce/Marketing). It is expensive compared to other vendors but if you have enough users then this could be beneficial as well! Overall nothing really at first glance however when creating custom reports or using certain filters they can get confusingly complex so make sure your team has some experience working specifically with analytics tools before jumping into them fully - otherwise there may not always seem worth while learning everything about one tool rather than another solution which will provide similar functionality. Creating new report types from scratch was very time consuming especially considering all potential combinations are possible without having any way to predict what would actually benefit us most. It has helped us to automate lots of processes which used to be manual tasks before using this tool! The best thing about arena is its integration features as it helps me integrate my ERP system with other systems like CRM or accounting etc. I have no dislikes regarding arenas use at all. Its great product for automation & making our life easy. Automation would not be possible without any tools such as these but i can say they are worth their price tags.
