Review on πŸ“· Professional-grade ViewSonic VP2468 Monitor for Photography with Built-In Speakers, Tilt Adjustment, Blue Light Filter, and HDMI by Christopher Hill

Good monitor for the money

High quality monitor for a graphic designer. I would have liked a little less widescreen. For designers and computer illustrators, the square format is more versatile. I would advise designers and photographers like me that the 27" is better than the 24" I accidentally bought. I bought two. Otherwise, the color and resolution are great. The mini display ports for my old Radeon 5870 card in my Mac are perfect for cables. My Mac is a 2010 model. Old but still good. No drivers or modifications other than reducing the brightness were enough. The white point is also too high for my liking, so I just adjusted it closer to yellow and less bright to be easier on the eyes. I recommend this monitor. This is great value.

Pros
  • STUNNING FROM EVERY ANGLE: Thanks to the ultra-thin four-sided bezel, you can see your masterpiece better than on your monitor
Cons
  • The monitor makes an annoying beeping sound when switched off.
