Pull out the foot and use it to the full! Looking at the 1/4 inch quilting foot, I noticed that it looks wide. By measuring the width of the center of the pinhole from the side I got 3/8 inch using four different rulers. The 1/4" quilting foot that came with my machine was actually a 1/4" quilting foot. This foot size mismatch may result in the quilt blocks being a different size than indicated in the pattern.
