Update: The day I posted this review, the seller contacted me and immediately sent a replacement. Very happy with the product AND the customer service! I'm a fan of these things. The size is perfect. The color is great. However, one of them was chipped. It definitely distracts from the presentation. There wasn't a small broken piece anywhere in the box, leading me to believe the damage occurred before it was boxed.
