I have been a satisfied Polar customer for a long time. Their accuracy is well documented. I've received a lot of feedback on the accuracy of POLAR Verity Sense. My problem is the belt. If you have Barbie-sized hands, great. To call these straps tiny is an exaggeration, and there's no adjustment. The instructions clearly state that it should not be worn on the wrist. I could only lift mine two inches higher. After five minutes, the strap hurt and it seemed like blood circulation was blocked. I had a large monitor printout for over 10 minutes. At the gym I asked a few people if they could wear this comfortably and it was a general no. I want your products and company to help with at least one of the two. I would happily pay an extra $15 if you include a strap that is at least 2 inches larger and adjustable. Polar: Please give me a larger bracelet or refund. Great product turned out to be useless!
