Great case and 2 screen protectors. The only issue with the case is the volume buttons. After the first install, I had to use ridiculous pressure to use it. Eventually I stopped using them and just used my screen to adjust the volume. To be honest I think using the screen could be faster in most cases. The power button works perfectly. I ended up wanting to know why the volume buttons were having trouble, so I removed the case again. It seems that the buttons inside the case are not as big as they should be. The buttons are almost flush with the case, but the power button protrudes further, so it works well. For the second installation, I inserted the side with the volume buttons first, then inserted the rest. The volume buttons worked much better. They still require more pressure than the power button, but it's not as bad as it used to be. I didn't deduct a star because it generally does what I need it to do. The problem with the volume is actually the case and the problem with the Apple. I noticed that the volume buttons don't always respond as quickly as they did on older iOS versions, even without a case. They don't even work like iOS 10.
