Perfect for my purposes
When I work at home I use this device to switch the view from my work laptop and home computer to my desktop monitor. I just press a button on the device and the monitor shows my laptop or whatever I'm doing on my home computer. It only takes a second to switch, and the screen resolution is perfect. The only extra I had to get was a DisplayPort to HDMI cable, but that's about it.
