I hated my old grater because the cheese stuck and it was very tedious and took forever. It was an AMAZING change! I didn't expect it to be that easy! I chopped 1 pound of mozzarella in under 3 minutes! The knob was so easy to turn and I really thought I would have to press hard, but I could do it with one finger to be honest. I forgot to take a picture of it but once it was cleaned it was SO easy! After use, I washed it under hot water and rubbed it a little. There was nothing special to clean, nothing was lost anywhere! I used to put cheese in the freezer for 15 minutes so I recommend it! But holy cow, it was just a no-brainer. And the pull at my counter was great! I tried to push it on purpose to see if I could pull it off and no! I really didn't expect it to be this great, but I'm so glad it did! The 3rd slicer is also not shown. Just buy it!
