I was having an awful time trying to clean my new LVT checkerboard floor. The tiles are textured so they grip the dirt and I thought I’d have to be on my hands and knees for hours scrubbing (the first time I was). I did some hunting around for solutions in reviews from people who mentioned similar issues and came up with this stiff, scrubby brush and some super-great highly concentrated cleaner I dilute with warm water in a bucket and I’m set. The head of this brush isn’t too wide to fit in a standard bucket so it’s perfect, it assembles easily, the bristles are scrubby and rigid so they lift up the dirt that gets stuck in the floor texture but they don’t scratch the vinyl. I chose a high-maintenance floor- white tiles just show dirt more easily- but this brush and soap combo (Armstrong All-in-One if you need to know) makes cleaning goes much faster and the floor looks a lot better.
