I keep rotating two propane bottles. On came with a cap fastened like this; On the other I used the "disposable" cap that the tank came with and somehow it's still intact. In a moment of weakness while shopping, I clicked on this more durable lid. I was surprised that it was shipped directly from the seller (not from Revain warehouse). ). I have to say that compared to my other similar cap, this cap is made of a very stretchy material that feels like some kind of hybrid rubber-plastic. My other is like thin cheap hard plastic. Don't let this influence your purchase decision. After all, the cheap plastic variant offers the same protection as this one. Durability and retention appear to be good. I will update if anything changes.
