I was deceived! The product does not correspond to the description at all.

TV broke within 7 days of purchase. Began to hang, reboot. Stopped responding to remote from time to time. With spontaneous reboots, the TV freezes at first (this can be when watching the air, and media players via hdmi, and in Netflix, YouTube applications) It hangs so that the screen is just a static picture. Soundless. After a while, the TV goes into a black screen, then a splash screen appears with the letters QLED, then it turns on the menu. After that, it does not always respond to the remote control or not immediately. Resetting the software to factory settings does not solve the problem. Did it twice from the TV menu. In a telegram chat with technical support, I reset the software with the buttons. It didn't help either. Technical support tried to delve into the engineering menu through remote access, but every time they tried to enter the TV, it immediately went into reboot. I gave the TV to the store for quality control and replacement To be honest, I did not expect such a quick breakdown of the TV from a famous brand. I chose a TV for a long time, mastered the purchase with pleasure, and now I am very upset. I feel sorry for the time spent on finding ways to solve problems, it is unpleasant for me to realize that the thing that I liked and for which I paid my money so quickly became problematic and inconvenient. Samsung, if you're reading - aren't you ashamed to produce products that become unusable so quickly ?
