After much research and review of many results on Revain high bay roof windows I chose these Hykolity units for best price, reliable technical details for my layout design and generally good customer history. I have a 50 x 84 foot store that I was looking to replace some of the low power fluorescent lights and they seemed to meet the need to produce the light I needed with as few units as possible. I was only able to replace 6x 8ft fluorescent tubes with 4x of these 150W span bulbs. The great thing is that it was only a replacement, it was a massive improvement. My shop is now very well lit in the center where I placed these lights. I placed them at a height of 16 feet in the center of my area, which is about 40 x 50 of the store area. The lighting is very well lit and the only extra lights I added were just small blocks above my desk for extra lighting while doing great work on the desk itself. Every time I turn on the light, it puts a smile on my face. . It is very useful to install them and immediately get great hue brightness. It's 5000k and a nice light color but with some warmth in tone, not the cold blue 6000k+ that would make my shop look like a meat closet. Installation was pretty easy. I bought some string lights and wood screw hooks at a hardware store and hung them on a beam in a spot that I think would work best for general lighting between 4 units and a total area of 40x50 feet that needed to be lit. I decided to install a single outlet just to turn on the light and power the circuit. Attaching a standard plug isn't bad, but I recommend taking your time and making sure your cables aren't too long in the included plug. Enough space to connect them and cover the connector to compress the o-ring to seal in moisture. I was able to do well all 4 sessions but just relax and you'll be fine. Look for the markings on the end of the connector where the pins are, this indicates which wires are marked with what. On the plug you will see the corresponding symbol next to the screw terminal. You can use a multimeter to verify the correct wire selection on the correct pin on the connector and match the wire color to the pin. Instructions were also included with the blocks.
