Review on 💧 Enhanced 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Filter - iSpring F4 Replacement by Marfel Fekete

At first I wanted to give them less than one star as I had an issue with the new fit and the membrane doesn't wash off easily. I contacted support and they immediately sent me new filters to replace the ones I was having an issue with. I am satisfied with the device and the water it produces. This review is mainly about customer service. They were actually quite pushy to make sure I was happy as I was kind of "unhappy" with the system itself. Now I feel good with the system and how it works. Customer service went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, which is very rare today and on a three year old system. I don't usually write reviews, but these people make money from it. I have had the device for more than three years, I can recommend it.
