Individually wrapped 6-month high capacity prefilter replacement cartridge pack for most standard RO systems. Experience clean, safe, and good-tasting water every time you turn on the faucet. 4 pieces of 10" x 2. 5" replacement water filters included: 1x sediment filters, 1x granular activated carbon filters, 1x carbon block filters, and 1x post-carbon filter. This filter pack does NOT include an RO membrane. Updated FT15 post-carbon filters are built with a secure push-fit quick connection, which allows faster filter replacement. If you have trouble installing the filters, please refer to the user manual or contact us.

great customer service!

a little plastic thing that attached to the tube and called up The company, Josh, was very nice and immediately sent me a NEW hat and a little plastic thing and I got it in 2 days. Great service and of course the water is amazing with this system. We use it because the whole house is hooked up to a saltwater system and I need to feed my dog, bird and plants fresh water and I love that it's right next to the sink. :))

iSpring has great products and systems

iSpring has great products and systems. I have a 5 stage iSpring reverse osmosis system with hard well water. My setup has 20 inch filters down to 0.5 micron and a plasticizer before distribution around the house and this system takes TDS after all my other filters from 410 to 23. Changing the filter at 6 months is the way to go , and I prefer flavor over bottles If you go to the manufacturer for anything, Nick at iSpring is great!

Changed design, no connector provided

Please note that the design of the 5th stage FT15 filter has changed, it would have meant to be an L shape plug SUITABLE FOR NEW DESIGN (like the picture that was in the box) but there was no plug which resulted in the replacement causing pain in the neck. Because we had to rearrange the entire structure to figure out the best way to connect without a connector, the other connector broke. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I bought the same set last year, the new set looks different and is cheaply made.

iSpring has great products and systems

Content may not load. iSpring has great products and systems. I have a 5 stage iSpring reverse osmosis system with hard well water. Top notch customer service and good water

At first I wanted to give them less than one star as I had an issue with the new fit and the membrane doesn't wash off easily. I contacted support and they immediately sent me new filters to replace the ones I was having an issue with. I am satisfied with the device and the water it produces. This review is mainly about customer service. They were actually quite pushy to make sure I was happy as I was kind of "unhappy" with the system itself. Now I feel good with the system and how it worksโ€ฆ

The activated carbon filter is different and not the same as the original filter and leaks because the original connections are not compatible.

Activated carbon filter will not fit. The thread is not tightened enough and the fitting goes way down without being tightened, the water tape does not fix it. You can see the water running around the fitting, further tightening will cause it to bend. 08/25/18 - UPDATE This is the second time I have received an incompatible carbon filter with fittings that have some sort of problem. See the first picture showing the charcoal filter connection of the original system. The original iSpring systemโ€ฆ
