I bought this to clean all the windows from the outside. They just got it working with the included pole. They have a reassuring connection system. I needed a pole at least 12 feet long or something. I took my old color mast and adjusted it for me. Very easy! Just take the rod you have and wrap the threads (where the squeegee connects) with tape. Wrap it around a few times so that it fits snugly around the wiper handle. Once it's nice and neat, just wrap where they connected with some more tape. Just once and it will be neat and not fall. I cleaned about 40 windows in a few hours and they all turned out great. No stripes! I took off 1 star because they designed the connection system to their pole. It's just not wise. Also, don't buy a washcloth and a mop together. You will have trouble getting the window wet from the washcloth. On this one you will chase your tail. Worked great on the second floor windows. I had to use a small ladder but that was to be expected.
