I was trying to download games for my daughter from the play store. Roblox was available for download but when trying to play it was slow and stuck. Those were 2 minus points. A few good things volume and sound are loud and clear! The touchscreen was fast and responsive. Everything else was perfect and spotless for an upgraded laptop to be honest! But it was for my daughter and it didn't live up to her expectations. Better for surfing the web, checking email, watching YouTube, and shopping. It's not very hard, seems a bit easy. The screen is huge and it was perfect! I noticed that it heats up quickly. It's not the worst or the best laptop, but if it's good enough for basic needs, it'll be a great laptop for you!
