I have to admit my expectations weren't high, but this skirt exceeded them. The fabric is soft and flows well. elastic. Light enough for summer, but also suitable for autumn and even winter if you wear tights underneath. Very flattering, IMHO. I'm 5'3", waist about 26", I weigh 135 pounds and my hips are about 40". I plan to buy more colors and can't wait to wear them all.
