Works if you wear it

This works to correct posture- when you wear it. I do not have medical conditions or pain- so I cannot comment on effectiveness with respect to those issues. I have worn this intermittently to correct poor posture.It takes some work to get this on but onceFigured out- it’s not uncomfortable most of the time. The website which suggests wearing it for brief amounts of time to start is sound advice.The only thing that makes this less than ideal for me is that I am just under 5’3” and what is referred to as ‘short waisted’ …. And the part that goes over each shoulder rubs under the arms. This probably would be less of an issue in a taller person.
