It helps me track my reviews, which I appreciate! The customer service is also really helpful in answering any questions you might have about using this platform or other features of it as well!! Sometimes when there are multiple people reviewing one item - they don't always see that others were looking at them too so sometimes their ratings can be out by more than 1 star from what another person would consider fair/appropriate for said product. My rating system hasn’t been very intuitive yet (I'm still figuring things how). However once figured we should make some improvements here because right now most items with few stars aren' worth purchasing even if i like something within those products :) If anyone has used similar services before please let us know our thoughts. ! We're trying several different methods but haven; t found anything better just not enough time invested into research &amp price tags etc....
