Overall this thing worked exactly as expected, personally I just wanted it for the phone holder as I'm a courier and use it, to see the app on my phone. It holds my phone well and firmly, but is quick and easy to remove or put back in the holder with one hand. The only major downside with this is not a problem with the product but with the jeep itself and in some cases it can be worse than others, the part of the dashboard that this mount attaches to is just plastic and even bends under load as small as the phone fits on it. So if you're using it on a professional mount you'll need to stabilize your footage or add something between the mount and the camera to reduce vibration, and if like me you've installed an aftermarket radio and trimmed the internal support rod in the dash, will the vibration just got worse. Overall it's great for my use and I think I can solve a problem if I ever feel the need for some other products, although overall it's a very expensive mount I think it's worth it and I'm glad that I got it and no other cheaper brand.
