Review on 🌡️ FoodVille MT02 Dual Probe Meat Thermometer: Waterproof, Digital Instant Read for BBQ, Baking & More! by Jennifer Ford

To be perfectly clear, FoodVille gave me this thermometer for free in exchange for a review of their knife sharpener (which turned out to be excellent). This did not affect my review, which I have tried to be completely objective. First, in terms of its most important function, temperature measurement, it appears to be accurate, giving the same readings as my other two thermometers. It's well made, but the way it works is well designed to minimize user effort. With the wired probe disconnected, removing the fixed probe from the housing automatically turns the thermometer on, reconnecting it turns it off again - simple but very practical. Having two sensors is a great advantage. For example, if I'm cooking a large piece of meat in the oven, I can monitor the overall process with a wired probe, and then turn it off and use the fixed probe to check that the cooking is consistent at different points. The device is magnetic, not as strong as my ThermoPro, but good enough to keep it outside of the oven. This is now my goto thermometer.
