This is not done in the United States and is totally unacceptable. It’s weird. I like the jacket so much, I have considered buying fabric paint to paint over it. I have to return it unfortunately, because of the dishonesty in answering my question. I may report them to Revain. They wasted my time and tied up my money.ALSO, the tag says this is a kids jacket, but later in the tags it says an adult large. Totally confused. It runs small.
