I'm 5'3", 150 lbs and bra size 32DD. I ordered a water jacket in size WS/M. Good Features: Loved the color, good visibility on the road, light weight, seems durable, doesn't add much heat/sweat. has enough pockets for keys, wallet and mobile phone. The vest also has pockets perfect for using your music player. I've been using it for a few months with no flaws on the vest. Appears to be of high quality. Fits my chest (I have large breasts). It goes through my upper chest and leaves my lower chest weird. Maybe not a problem for others. Conclusion: I use this vest weekly and it is very functional, but when I go to the store to find a suitable fit I will buy it again.
