Review on Merriam Websters Elementary Dictionary New 2019 by Chad Carter

This is an essential item that all children should have. It taught my daughter how to research (take the initiative to look things up instead of just "google"). Some words even have pictures to better illustrate the meaning of the word. My daughter is 10 years old and has been using it for a few months since I bought it for her. I like that the top corner of the page contains the starting and ending words/letters for that particular page. I noticed that other dictionaries don't have this. She has now made it a habit to automatically reach for the dictionary when she doesn't understand something instead of asking. Very good quality product - hard cover, not too heavy.
