These knives are decent. They're not expensive, so don't expect them to feel premium when you hold them in your hands. However, these knives are quite sharp and work well. They come with protective sleeves to prevent them from chipping during storage. After all, they're ceramic, and that's one of the downsides of ceramic. You can tear. They are a lot lighter than I expected. I prefer my blades to be light, so this was new to me. I think it would be good for some people maybe if they have arthritis, carpal tunnel etc. Lightweight knives definitely help with high volume cutting fatigue. I cut a few pieces to test. All blades work fine. You can slice things pretty thin with it if you wish. I don't really like the scrub that came with them. I found it a bit uncomfortable in my hand. There are more ergonomic ones in my collection and they are much more comfortable.
