I bought this life jacket for my dog to take on holiday on July 19th. When I first put it on it fell into the water and I started holding it by the handle. broke in my hand. He is only a year old and in the water for the first time. We returned home from vacation today, July 24th. I went online to return this item and it says the return window is closed. I want to return the money. I do not recommend this item.
